Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies but it is usually within 1-3 business days. If you need to confirm, please contact us.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns. Contact us within: 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
Conditions of returns: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
